Heilongjiang Jianlong Seamless Steel Pipe Won the Bid for China Saudi the Belt and Road Cooperation Project
Recently, Heilongjiang Jianlong passed the prequalification of China Saudi Arabia “the Belt and Road” cooperation project and China North Huajin Fine Chemical and Raw Material Engineering seamless steel pipe frame procurement project. This bidding attracted 15 first tier steel mills in China to participate, and Heilongjiang Jianlong stood out among many steel mills and successfully won the bid.
To meet the quality requirements of seamless steel pipes for fine chemical industry, Heilongjiang Jianlong adopts modern production processes and large-scale unit equipment, implements measures such as desulfurization of molten iron and removal of impurity elements under high pressure, and improves the quality of molten steel. Specifically, Heilongjiang Jianlong strictly conducts pre furnace feeding operations and adjusts the chemical composition of materials inside the furnace in the ingredient adjustment process; In the process of converter steelmaking, chemical reactions such as oxidation, heating, and reduction are carried out by controlling parameters such as oxygen injection rate and scrap addition amount to produce steel that meets the requirements; In the hot rolling process, the steel billet is pre heated and sent to the rolling mill for heating processing, followed by a series of operations such as rough rolling, finishing rolling, size straightening, and cutting to ensure product quality, improve production efficiency, and ultimately produce products that meet the requirements. Recently, the concrete pouring for the first group of foundation slab of Yichun West Station of Harbin Yichun High speed Railway (hereinafter referred to as Harbin-Yichun High-speed Railway) Project in Wucui District, Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province was completed, officially entering the construction phase of the main structure. Jianlong West Steel will provide all the required construction steel for the project.
It is reported that since the start of the project construction, Jianlong West Steel has supplied 95000 tons to its two leading bid winning units, China Railway 22nd Bureau and China Railway Fourth Bureau. Now, all five major construction units (China Railway Shanghai Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd., China Railway Second Bureau Group Co., Ltd., China Railway 12th Bureau Group Co., Ltd., China Railway Third Bureau Group Co., Ltd., and China Railway Construction Bridge Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd.) that have won the bid for the project by the end of 2022 have started construction, and Jianlong West Steel will continue to supply the project.
The Harbin-Yichun High-speed Railway is an extension of the Beijing Harbin Beijing Hong Kong Macao channel of China’s “eight vertical and eight horizontal” high-speed railway network. The line starts from Harbin in the south and ends in Yichun in the north. The main line is 318 kilometers long and the design speed is 250 kilometers per hour. There are 9 stations along the entire line, including Harbin, Harbin North, Suihua South, and Yichun West. Among them, Yichun West Station is the largest station building on the entire line, and it is also the high-speed railway station building currently under construction in China with the highest latitude, the largest temperature difference throughout the year in the region, and constructed in permafrost layers in high-altitude areas. The structure has a large span, a large height difference in hyperbolic eaves, and a high difficulty in assembly.
In recent years, Jianlong West Steel has adhered to the development concept of transforming the group into a business oriented enterprise, actively promoting cooperation with central construction enterprises and local leading enterprises. In 2022, the highest monthly terminal project direct supply ratio reached 69%. At present, the “Swan” brand of Jianlong West Steel has reached a market share of 90% in Heilongjiang and 65% in Jilin.
